FAQs

Returns/Exchanges:
Regular priced apparel items can be returned for store credit within 2 weeks of shipment. Due to the limited nature of inventory, we do not offer exchanges.
If you receive an item that does not fit and needs to be returned, please contact us with your order number.
All returns must be unwashed/unworn/unaltered in order to be accepted.
A store credit will be issued upon our receipt of the returned item.
All shipping costs associated with the return will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Sale Items:
All sale items are final sale, and can not be returned.

Preorders:
Due to the nature of preorders, they are not eligible for returns. All preorder sales are final.

Stickers/Prints/Other Items:
Non-apparel items, such as stickers, prints, pins, etc. can not be returned. If you item arrives damaged, please contact us!

Shipping:
All items will ship out within 4-5 business days unless otherwise stated. This does not include shipping time.
